First Touch Soccer Academy and SG Elite follow a Functional Training Methodology. All technical content is taught with the game in mind. The skill must be able to be applied to the game and make a decision. Although this can be coached in isolation there must be a reference back to where it fits in the game. These programs are still coaching the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, receiving, and finishing but within the context of defensive pressure. This is a collaboration between SG Elite and First Touch Soccer Academy. Coaching from both organizations will provide high-level players with a unique training experience.

Who? Players participating in this program must be serious about their development and play at a high club or academy level. This is not a beginners/fundamentals program.
